Excellent, friendly disposition.
Bathroom Installation
The tradesperson promised to arrive and do the job a time(as I advertised the job to be urgent) and arrived at another, which is upsetting but something I can live with. The most upsetting thing is that the work was done extremely unprofessionally. The bath tub was not even positioned next to the walls, large gaps(1cm&1cm&3cm on 3 sides) were left and he sealed the gaps with silicon with nothing underneath! I have to spend the same budget to hire another to redo the job on day 3 to prevent leakage!

The tradesperson promised to arrive at a time(I advertised the job to be urgent) and arrived at another(much later) 3 times, which is upsetting but something I can live with. The most appalling thing is that the work was done extremely unprofessionally. The corner bath tub was not positioned next to the walls, large gaps(1cm&1cm&3cm on 3 sides) were left and he sealed the gaps with silicon with nothing underneath! I have to spend the same budget to hire another to redo the job on day 3 to prevent leakage!

When we removed the bath panel 2 days after Daniel's job, a massive pool of water were underneath the bath on the floor board. And the large amount of silicon(to fill the 1 inch gap) he loaded over my new bath and the walls are impossible to remove - the brand new bath is not brand new any more. Not only I have to pay another company to redo the work, now I have to dehumidify my bathroom and pay for his damage control.

Completely untrue , for the money the client has paid it was too much of a good job plus I had to dispense of heavy materials client had left from previous tradesman , only the lifting of those rolls from level 3 to groundfloor and dispensing them was a big job for the price you paid .
