Bernie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We trusted his immediately and provided a key to the property so he could come and go as he pleased. A true 'old-school tradesman' (in the best possible sense!). A courteous and respectful craftsman who took a real pride in the work he performed - a massive job; 14 radiator central heating install with new boiler (no previous CH in the1890's house). Bernie was always clean, tidy, respectful and preformed the job swiftly and on quote. We will use him again.

Great job done. Very reliable, the best value by miles, and a very nice man! I would highly recommend Bernie as a great tradesman. Mr Menehan is an excellent chap, he replaced our aging boiler and also completely re-plumbed all the piping for the boiler. We had just moved house and he even ripped out most of the kitchen which was going to be scrapped, which was not in his agreement (he didn't charge us extra, either). It was not an easy job, quite complicated because we have communal hot water but gas central heating - the old system was also very complicated. He completely changed the system and piping to brand new pipes and flushed the system too. He adhered to our exact requirements. We were extremely pleased that he always showed up on time, and did an excellent high quality job that will last. He also charged a very fair price and is extremely reliable. He gave us a lot of advice throughout the job on our house building problems without charging us, and we really appreciated that. We would recommend this excellent chap to anyone. Five stars!
Gas and Oil-Fired Boiler
Bernie came round to give me a quote on a new boiler and he was very polite, on time and gave full and clear information. I have subsequently decided not to have my boiler replaced but this was due to reasons completely independent of the quotes I received. Even after I told Bernie I wasn't going to get a new boiler at this time he offered me lots of useful advice. His quote was also the lowest of the three I received.
