Completed initial work to a good standard, but, we were still left with a window which didn't lock. We contacted Mere Construction to ask when the window would be fixed, and were told the part was difficult to source, but a supplier had been found and we would receive a quote for the work via email. We never received a quote, so I rang again, and was told that we would be rung the following afternoon to arrange when the work could be done. We didn't receive any call, and have had to make other arrangements.
