House Extension
I found the biggest problem when arranging for work was only about a quarter of tradesmen who I contacted actually wanted to come and look at the job. Then they would give you a quote off the top of their heads with hardly any details. The exception was Metro who gave a full quote detailing exactly what the quote included. Once deal agreed they turned up every day at 8am and carried out the work to a high standard. There were some issues but they were soon resolved without argument. Recommended.
House Extension
The company, staff and workers all excellent, reliable, they cared, paid attention to our needs, were meticulous in execution of work. Really pleased with results.
Home Improvements
Metro did a complicated kitchen to rear extension knock through for us with new kitchen, wiring, lighting, new skylights, flooring, plastering and joinery. Paul was great from start to finish, offering practical advice and a very thorough cost breakdown with options from the start. The biggest plus for us was the communication - Paul was on Whatsapp with us almost 24/7 keeping us informed and responding to queries. Quality is top notch and they always had plenty of lads there every day. Highly recommended.
