Wall Tiling
Unfortunately they are not a team. Oliver is the tiler and Michael is just a relative managing his schedule who has no know-how in the field. This created various issues since Michael gives quotes and speaks with customer to plan everything: - Michael quoted an all inclusive price but then I had to find a plumber as Oliver was not even able to remove a shower valve from the wall. - Oliver charges 300£ per day. Probably not the cheapest on the market considering the low quality of his job and their planning.
Floor Tiling
Oliver, who is in Michael's team did an excellent job. We provided the materials. Oliver is personable. He was on time and even worked on Sunday. Oliver will be doing 3 further jobs for me in due course

Was very impressed with the work. I had to give top marks because when I opened the door to the silver haired man (Oliver) I initially thought it would take days but to my amazement he finished within no time at all. Thanks will definitely call on you again soon.

Michael and his team were absolutely amazing not only did they transform my kitchen and bathroom tiles they went over and beyond the call of duty. I was given valuable advice and they always managed my expectations and kept me up to date with pricing and guided me with material purchases.
