I have given an average rating for quality because to be fair I do not know the standard of his work. I had to chase a few times to get the initial quote in which when received was significantly over budget. There were a number of different minor tasks within the overall job and so asked for a breakdown of the quote by individual task so that I could assess and prioritise which I should and could afford to have carried out. I never received the breakdown of costs and the job therefore never started.

Unfortunately I could not leave a zero star feedback, after seeing the job I needed done, sizing it up and promising to call out on 3 occasions with a worktop colour plaque it would appear that Michael is not interested, cheers for NOT letting me know!

Michael was really helpful and clear on the estimate and when the job was completed it exceeded my expectations. He’s basically turned my dump of a box room into a smart dressing room and study as well as a guest room. I couldn’t be happier.
