Wooden Staircases
One of Mick's employees did part one of the job for me, which was rather poor, and Mick said he would put it right when he did part two, which was the installation of a new staircase for which he re-quoted about £2000, which i accepted. After several attempts to contact him, he replied in a very abusive way, admitting he "didn't want to work round my ...house". Employ him at your peril!
Wooden Staircases
An excellent job done with no fuss, no mess, and no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Wooden Casement Window
After a promising to put together a quote the day after we met, I then did not & have not heard from him for 1 week despite sending him numerous emails and leaving telephone messages. A real shame as he seemed ok when we met.

I'm quite saddened by these comments as iv spent all week getting quotes from suppliers for Guthrie I was going to send his quote today! And got his voice mail last night around 10 pm I'm not sure if Guthrie knows but we pay for these leads so getting our quote together is paramount
