Discussed the issue and decided a plan to send a person with a camera to view/diagnose issue, person turned up without camera. Couldn’t do anything really, so i text them to highlight the fact it wasn’t as we agreed, didn’t even bother to reply. Wasted both of our time and generally unprofessional.

We did not discuss a camera during the initial phone call. No answers to calls from our office since we attended site.

No missed calls. Agree to disagree. However if you send a sub-contractor you have never met and didn’t know your name (lovely bloke BTW) then I fail to have confidence in communication.
