Despite showing interest in the job he never made contact. Wouldn't hire anybody this inconsistent.

Dear sir i do apologies for not corresponding with yourself ref the required works . as i am sure you will appreciate after reading my rating's my record was faultless and there must have been something not right. it is with regret you didn't drop me an e mail of which i would have replied as follows. Dear sir after returning from my honeymoon on saturday 30th april 2022, 7 days later my wife was dead in my arms .i apologies mark bonsall

Bathroom Installation
No job too big for Mark, lovely person, gets the job done at short notice. We were lucky to have you. We are so grateful you were able to come and sort our bathroom out after 3 weeks without a bath. The bathroom looks brilliant now. Thanks, Em&Trev
