John got angry because I mistakenly called him Andy. He asked me to go and give the job to Andy, otherwise, he will charge a call out to give me a quote. I told him I wanted the work done today, he said he can't do anything, he can only give me a quote. I had literally planned around his schedule, its quite disappointing

Hi, I don’t appreciate you talking about us like that because you was the one who was shouting but I’m gonna cut the long story short all I was doing just listening to you and you was the one who was accusing me calling me. Andy Andy and I did not get upset, but for all my clients who wants to hear this conversation between me and this lady I have it all recorded on my dash cam and I have downloaded on my phone.
