insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

Done a good job, have asked them to do some more work. Would recommend.

I was unsure about using a builder i knew nothing about as i was ripped off before by DJS PAVING AND CONSTRUCTION as they took my money without finishing the job!! However MJW Building Contractors were Very reliable, honest and trustworthy. They helped with other jobs that needed doing on the house for a very reasonable price. Gave good advice and recomended materials to be used. They wasted no time to get the job done. I will be using them again and i would recommend this builder.

Job was completed very quickly to a high standard and the price was very competitive. I would use MJW Building Contractors again.
