Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
Wooden Doors - Internal
Richard replaced one of my doors, excellent job done. Afterwards Richard cleaned up wood shavings and made sure our home was clean as it was before the work was undertaken. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate using again. 10/10.
Bathroom Installation
MLI was very prompt , professional and excellent value.Half of the required work had to stop for another reason .But I'm certain the completed work will be 100%. would definitely recommend .

initially I though it was a great job.Not so.Shower is leaking bad .Can't use it . Asked me to get another plumber to fix it.

I was actually working away in Scotland when this happened and I advised the customer to contact another plumber to rectify the problem at my expense.
Laminate Flooring
Richard fitted laminate flooring in our spare bedroom. Extremely competent, friendly, helpful, punctual, worked quickly but not to the detriment of quality workmanship. Planning to use again for another bedroom. Highly recommended 5 star ????
Brick / Block Paving
Really pleased with the job carried out by Rich, he was reliable, professional and very knowledgable. We were that pleased he is coming back in a few weeks to do some work in the garden for us.
