Bathroom Installation
Had 2 jobs done now by Mike (down stairs toilet & main bathroom) and have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship and sound advice when pricing the work before hand. Very trust worthy which we feel is important as we are all concerned about getting the best work for the best price without being ripped off. We would highly recommend M & M plumbing.

Mike has done 2 small jobs and 1 year ago he completed a new bathroom that we were initially delighted with. However as soon as he finished we had a bad leak leak thought the kitchen ceiling which caused some damage. Despite several calls he has never repaired the damage. Today the plumbing failed really badly and caused a really bad flood through the kitchen ceiling and compromised our electrics with a lot of damage. We have just spent thousands on a new kitchen. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Overall very pleased with the job - work was good but attention to detail sometimes missing. They were reliable. We were impressed with their response when we had a minor leak. Mike returned within an hour of my call and was very pleasant and happy to help. Generally pleased we used them.

Nothing but problems since Mike and his co-worker did our bathroom. Grouting has many holes in it, had to reseal various sections, constant leak from corner of bath as they fitted the glass shower guard in the wrong place (I asked them to come back and fix this and I was initially ignored, then declined), toilet has always been loose and now we have discovered has been leaking for some time as they cut the pipes too short/inaccurately. Utterly sham work resulting in more cost to ourselves. So disappointing

Mike was great, gave good advice on how best to proceed and then carried out the work in a quick and efficient manner whilst never cutting corners. Very pleased and would happily use again

His patience when we requested an alteration to the job when it was already partially completed was greatly appreciated. Mike was a friendly competent tidy worker who always arrived promptly.
