Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
Gas and Oil-Fired Boiler
We had a new Valiant combi boiler replaced by the team at Mosaic Construction. From quotation to completion of the job, we were extremely pleased. The guys are reliable, punctual and efficient. They are also the most well mannered tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. 5 stars and highly recommended.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Would definitely recommend using these guys, and have already passed on details to several others. Asked them to come in and fit a new bathroom including shower, boiler and central heating, and insulating the living floor, to a conversion flat that was in need of a serious facelift. Price was extremely competitive. As was to be expected with a property of this kind, not everything was straightforward, but they were incredibly flexible, willingly taking on extra tasks as the project unfolded (including finding someone to fit a new fusebox and move lighting). Also used innovative approaches to get round problems effectively whilst not letting the price run out of control, and made everything feel very stress free and easy. Shane's design experience and suggestions were also invaluable. A very friendly team all in all. Am really pleased with the final product and will be asking them back to do the kitchen soon.
Radiator
Excellent service, were fast and efficient. Did the job as requested and kept the area clean. And tidy. Would use them again for other jobs.
Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Good communications. Work was done quickly and efficiently and guys who did the work were polite and helpful. Would both recommend and use again if required.
