I have had a number of people come and do jobs for me over the past four years, and I certainly wish I had known of Matthew much earlier. He knows what he can - and importantly, what he can't do - and doesn't pretend. If he says he can do something, he can - and he does it to a high level of competence. He is rather shy, but thoroughly reliable. I would recommend his work.
