Slate & Tiled Roof
From the outset Jordan and his team who run ikon were fantastic - carefully providing estimates and ensuring dates and times for arrival and beginning of works. Everything was fully communicated with all who needed to know. They use very effective modern techniques for assessment of work, such as drones and video footage. The cost was very fair and reasonable, particularly as poor weather impeded their progress frequently during the course of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bespoke Furniture
Danny was fast to call us and come to our house to discuss the job at the end of August, I received a quote few days after and we accepted it. After that, communication with him was very difficult or impossible. No updates were given if not after call him or text many times. We arrange finally this week for a date for the job but, when I tried to confirm on Thursday his arrival time on the weekend to prepare the room there was no answer. I tried different times to call, text and email but no sign of life.
Wooden Staircases
Working with Danny and his team was an absolute pleasure. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them for similar projects. Despite it being a smaller job, they were fully engaged and approached everything with great proactivity.
