Very pleased with the repair to leaking toilet. The repair proved to be trickier than expected requiring two visits.

Responded quickly. They did struggle at times and did not bleed all the air out the system which left us without hot water and heating but returned early the following day to fix this issue and replace some radiator valves. This was again problematic due to the age of the radiators and they had to reinstall the old ones. I did have to pay for the second visit but overall the pricing and service was fair and I am pleased to have a working system again even if although whole job was not completed.

No complaints at all , Neil is an amiable person , he turned up on time , did the job and charged me as agreed . I'll probably will get him back to service my boiler .

Really helpful service. There were some problems with the new tap on an old system which meant the job took quite long but Neil was happy to come back to ensure the job was completed thoroughly.
