Efficient, courteous and respectful. Did an excellent job without intruding in our home because they needed to go through the house with ladders etc. Would definitely recommend for a job well done.

I’m very pleased with Mo’s works today, 30th June, he actually go above and beyond to get additional materials to get the job done! A little bit of problem with the bath shower mixer seems not working, not sure if it’s the water pressure. I will not hesitate to recommend MSN Pyramids. Thanks Mo!!

Think before you hire this co. Work was unsatisfactory and I have to hire another plumber to rectify his work, at his expense of course!

We’ve changed toilet connection pip we bought it from Screwfix 9£. After couple of weeks client contacted us says there is water dripping . We visited the client and we offered her to get a different connection but unfortunately she refused and she became aggressive so we decided to offer her money back and get someone else to change that connection. I believed we have done our best to make the client satisfied and happy

Just to be clear, Mo done an unsatisfactory work to replaced toilet waste pipe connector, after 3 weeks of completion it was back to its original problem, it was leaking again! He came back to bring a piece of dirty rubber to apparently insert it to the main waste pipe but it did not work! Then, he came back after getting a piece wood in his van and insert a piece of wood between the tile wall & the pipe to apparently stop the leaking, really?? So called construction Co, the only remedy he could fix it!!

Mo was excellent in responding to my urgent request. He communicated with me what needed to be done and was happy to listen to my suggestions on getting the job done right. I would recommend Mo to others.
The work carried out for my rear extension and refurbishment work was of poor quality. Within a short time the bathrooms ( 3 wet rooms) have developed leaks, the first floor laminate flooring is uneven and creaking and the central heating system installed is not setup in a way where hot water, central heating and radiators cannot be controlled independently. In general it has been poor workmanship.
Mohamed was recommended by a friend as a skillful builder. He fitted for us a water filtration system in our kitchen that works amazingly. He done the job with great speed and care, and on top of that, he is such a lovely gentlemen. I highly recommend him.
