i had to take the plumber to the DIY store to pick up some materials that they did not have. not very professional.

i had to take the plumber to the DIY store to buy (at my expense) aditional materials. I was over charged but the job was done.

The work was completed to a high standard, and this tradesman explained step by step what he would do. He was very precise with the work, and also very polite and courteous.
Radiator
Overall great - have given 4/5 on quality purely as I have not been able to see the job myself. But key thing is that work was done and the radiators are now working.
