Electrical Installation / Testing
They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

Absolutely fabulous, rang in minutes of the listing, gave a price on the phone which was actually what he charged and extremely competitive, kept me informed all the way along, arrived as agreed, completed the job even checked and tuned the four points installed, can’t praise him enough, highly recommended to anyone, I will certainly be using him again. External Lighting
I can confirm that Mylec were excellent at their work and totally professional in every aspect of the job that was undertaken. I would not hesitate to refer Mylec for electrical work to anybody else and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
Internal Lighting
They rang up and discussed the job. We made an appointment to meet later in the week. They did not turn up and did not have the decency to ring me to cancel. Completely unreliable.

the customer states he would ring in the morning of the appointment to confirm he could make it and never did so we took it he has found somebody else to carry out the works. all our other ratings are 5 star so we would not risk our reputation by not turning up. I'm sorry for your misunderstanding.
