Our services range from new-build development sites to full refurbishments and renovation projects including extensions, and civil engineering works, along with various fit-out projects to the retail, banking, hotel and leisure industries.
NSB Developments is looking to secure its future works on a main contractor basis. Due to various companies using small businesses’ cash-flow to fund their own works, we feel this is a secure way forward that benefits all parties.
As principle contractor we will be seeking to partner clients and agree mutual payment terms that allow NSB Developments to deliver projects on time and on budget with the programme always in mind.
