Nikki was very quick to call, arrange to come over quote and then come back to get a clean in before Christmas. Her work was professional, efficient and we shall be getting her back in the new year.

Nikki came back after Christmas for a second clean but she had lost our house keys so I had to come home from work in the middle of the day to let her in. She accepted no responability and was unapologetic about this. We weren't happy with the standard of the clean and when we advised examples of where we wanted this to be improved she replied with an extremely rude and unprofessional response. We would not recommend Nikki for either quality of clean or attitude.
