As mentioned in the post, this was a small job so I was a bit surprised that anyone got back to me, but Russ arranged to visit and turned up as agreed, quoted and did the work quickly and thoroughly and also stayed to discuss and advise me on other questions I had. Although it wasn't a big task I got the impression when discussing other work that Russ was knowledgeable and experienced and will certainly contact him for future work.
