I feel this that William from N and S would benifit from better communication skills. This specifically relates to him being extremely slow in replying to text or attempted contact via phone calls (often completely ignoring me) for him to come and complete jobs. He came to my property unannounced and was unable to gain access to my property, despite me explaining that if he waited one moment I could move my car for him to complete the long overdue work he declined and was never seen again.

  The work that William did get round to was not up to what I consider a good standard. I’m sure some customers would like the service provided but I’d like someone who can communicate in a timely manner and who is able to be flexible on the scheduling of work. William needed to remember I was employing him and in turn he was working for me, not the other way around.

  Funny how HMRC classifies me as ‘self-employed’ but Mr Tricker thinks that he is my employer. A complete stranger to the truth and deluded in so many ways. Rated Traders Beware!!
