Nicholae was quick to respond and gave me an exact quote for the job. He was very clear and precise from the start and discussed what needs to be done. He gave good ideas and suggestions. He was very particular about what job needs to be done and what was agreed for the quote given so there was no misunderstanding later. Although I must say Nicholae is very adjusting and carried out a few extra work for me at no extra cost. He is very hardworking and gives his 100 percent. I would definitely hire him again.
Floor Tiling
Nicolas was very quick to respond and clear in explaining what he expected to do and the cost agreed for it. He did a great job with the tiling and was able to accommodate an unexpected additional step. Worked very hard to finish the job and returned next day to finish off an additional job as agreed. We would recommend him.
Screeding
Removed a section of rotten woodblock floor, as requested by washing machine delivery company . This was replaced with ULTRA-FLOOR LEVEL IT TWO - FLOOR LEVELLING COMPOUND. Nicolae is a former manager at Taylor Wimpey, so has a wide breadth of experience and knowledge. I am hoping that we will also be able to install a new waching machine, which will be quite tricky.
