his estimate £200.00 the other 2 firms estimates wear £60.00 and £45.00 can not see wear he got £200.00 from. then got a tex message from rated people saying that i had not given the opportunity to quote and wanted a refund what is going on?

Please note that was a rough estimate over the phone from the work you described .. not once did I turn up at your door and looked at the job ... took very much out of context . Someone will be in touch . Extremely disappointed in your actions here . Very much uncalled for .
