Tom Jackson has proved a great introduction. Polite, genial, conscientious... Good attention to detail, receptive to variations and other requests. We will be engaging Tom again in our next project and would not hesitate in recommending him and his sub contractors to other.
Wooden Decking
We ended up having paving rather than the original plan of decking. This is because Tom was competitively priced on paving and the job that he has done is excellent. The work is to a high standard and he was able to undertake the job quickly. That quick in fact that as he had time to spare he undertook another couple of jobs for us at no extra cost. Overall Norfolk Renovations are highly recommended. To sum up, efficient, friendly and a high standard of work
Home Improvements
We would highly recommend Norfolk Renovations to everybody. Tom is such a nice person, he was really easy to have around and understood exactly what we wanted. He and his lovely team were all really reliable, friendly and of course did a fab job too. We couldn't be happier with our new ensuite, its perfect. We are so pleased with the work done we have already arranged for them to come back and do more work, first in the kitchen and then completely renovating our main bathroom.
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
It was a pleasure having Tom working on our Utility Room. Tom arrived on time every day and always cleaned up before he went home. We are very happy with our Utility Room, the workmanship was outstanding and Tom's eye for detail matched this. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tom.
