Lewis telephoned yesterday (5.9.18) and arranged to visit to do the work today at about 12 noon He arrived at 12 noon, got straight on with the job that I had requested, and accomplished it very professionally and efficiently, to our entire satisfaction. I also asked him to fit 2 new toilet seats and he readily agreed and did so, again very efficiently. So impressed were we I asked him to fit 2 new extractor fans in our shower rooms, which he did late afternoon today. A very proficient tradesman indeed.
