Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.

Everything was completed as requested and even some extras thrown in lol. Very pleasant chap, no hesitation in recommending to others.

Sam North I rate his work as excellent worth more than 5 stars he turned up on time NO not on time but earlier than he said which was ok by me I cant fault his work and Sam is a very pleasant man if I need work done again I would not hesitate to use Sam again I will recommend him to any one who asks me do I know anyone who can do work Sam North is what I would say.
