Workmanship was good. Job completed ahead of time. Work sub contracted. Job spec changed by sub contractor resulting in a cost increase from original quote, in order to guarantee workmanship. We would use this firm again but obtain written quote first and job spec.

Owner agreed to finish prep works before we start job and left Lining wall paper on walls in bedrooms that where to be plastered You cannot plaster over wallpaper so we refused,did not change spec ? told Alan to hire steam stripper and complete this task who said it would not come off he had already tried ? offered to Board over these walls dot & Dab as alternative he accepted this and the minimal increased price but never paid £250.00 of the bill anyway.

We want to reiterate that we would recommend this company without any qualm. We are happy that the job was completed within the financial limits we had set.

I am very pleased with the works done. I don't live at the property but I was kept up to date on progress via regular phone calls and emails. The quality of the work was good, and problems encountered during the job were dealt with professionally. I would be happy to use this company again in future.
