Bathroom Installation
My experience with Steven Holland from NRG Solutions was terrible, firstly I had provided a bath panel which needed to be fitted which Steven broke, he then said he would come back on Tuesday at 5.30pm with a replacement panel and also fix the toliet, however on the Tuesday I did not hear from him so called him to find out what time he would be calling, he told me that he could not get the panel until Friday and that he would come back then, I asked him if he could get one from another store and that I would pay any any costs associted with it but he refused. On Friday I did not hear from him so late afternoon I contacted him again to see what time he would be calling, he said that hopefully about 6pm, I did ask if he had picked up the panel but he said he hadn't, I then queried if Howdens (where he was supposedly getting it from) would be open but he assured me they were open to 7pm. At about 6.30pm he called to tell me Howdens did not have the panel even though he had ordered it, I asked what time he had got there and he said 6ish, I checked with Howdens and they close at 5pm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so he had lied. At that point I told him to forget it and asked for my money back, as I had already paid him £50.00 and all he had done was fit 2 sets of taps and broken my bath panel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The saga continues, Sunday I noticed that water was seeping under the bath, I realised that somehow when he fitted the bath taps he must have knocked the pipe which carrys the over spill of water from the bath, therefore the water was spilling through the over spill directly under the bath, Im just glad that he had not fitted the bath panel, because I wouldn't have realised this until it started pouring through the ceiling downstairs !!!!!!! I have asked for all my money back, but have since only received £20.00. My advice to anyone thinking of using Steve is to steer clear.

Id just like to applogise firstly that things havnt worked out between Tina and I in a professional manner no matter what ive tried to do, I called out on a Bank Holiday weekend to assess the work and complete as much as possible, and was asked to fit Tina's B&Q Value bath panel, as this was a shaped panel and had all its strength within the curved edges when cut to fit the straight bath lost all of its structure, and the fitting due to the panel was well below the standard i like to fit so offered to order a far more superior new panel at cost price, and this couldnt be ordered until after the bank holiday ie Tuesday, although i did purchace the remaining fittings for the toilet and offered to fit after i finished on tuesday but we agreed to wait for the panel to arrive that i was promised on Friday but things being what they were the panel wasnt there for collection so i tried all outlets for an alternative no matter what the cost to be honest, just to avoid disapointing Tina as i would with any customer but the only one that would fit Tina's bath was already opened and had markings on the bottom edge which was 7 times the price of the orignal panel after running round everywhere and keeping Tina informed via text and Phone she just thought for some reason i didnt want to complete the work for some stange reason, as for the comments i didnt break the original panel it was just not the right panel for the bath and sub standard as most value products are, i still have it for inspection by anyone thats intrested and also the new panel has arrived along with toilet fittings i have already and now now paid for, On final inspection of both sink and bath taps and toilet investigation all work was discribed and inspected by us both before i left, all i can suggest for the overflow is inspected and fixed more securely especially before a bath panel is fitted, I just feel sorry there has been a break in either understanding or expectaions as i have many hundreds of happy customers and would do anything to avoid this stuation or similar in the future Regards Steve
