Electrician contacted me and arranged a date to call and give me a quote, they neither called to my home or contacted me to cancel or arrange another date.

The vendor contacted me to offer to quote for the job. We arrange the appointment. On the day of the appointment the vendor didn't respond to neither a text message nor a call to confirm the appointment and didn't arrive. There have been no communication from the vendor to apologise for not arriving or to arrange another time.

The vendor has clarified that the missed appointment happened due to unforeseen circumstances and telecommunication error. Therefore a rating update has been posted.
Electrical Installation / Testing
Very happy with the electrical work carried out by Neil and team. He provided a quote for the work and came in a timely manner to complete it. We have more electrical work needing doing and we will definitely be hiring Neil. Would recommend.
Internal Lighting
NRJ were brilliant! Very professional, tidy and very thorough! Nothing was too much trouble! Did a very thorough job on my lights in the garage. Would happily recommend them to anyone else looking for a reliable electrician.
