I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.

Thank you for introducing Obrien, he visted and gave a written quotation, but on the quotation. There was no heading on the letter or address, no builders liability insurance etc. He only provided a mobile phone. Although his quote was reasonable. In the end we select someone who has builders liability insurance, which on hindsight if anything goes wrong, can be covered by this. Thank you very much Mrs. K. Barber
