Very friendly and amenable guy. Work done was to a high quality. Managed to sort a problem that a couple of other plumbers had failed to and saved me quite a bit of work and money in doing so. Busy guy but he managed to fit my job in quite quickly. Had to chase a couple of times about follow on questions but overall very happy with the work.
