We had five quotes for a replacement boiler. Optima told us what boiler to have the others asked us what we wanted. Only two realised that our current gas supply was too small and Optima checked the condenser overflow to ensure it contained lime to remove acid. On average the plumbers we met spent less than fifteen minutes looking at the problem. Optima went inside the house and spent over an hour checking all aspects of the central heating and hot water system. They were the second lowest quote.
