Mark and his colleague were great from start to finish. Mark was the only person to turn up on the time and day requested for a quote. He was in time every morning and kept me constantly updated with progress when on the job. Heating pipes fitted without a single drip/leak. Would definitely recommend to anyone. He even managed to help me with another small job before he started this one. Thanks Mark.

Mark was spot on! We can't recommend him highly enough. He was quick to respond, make his initial visit and quote. He was quick to arrange a date to fit our boiler and he didn't hang around. No mess - no fuss. His quote was by far the best. Not only best in price, but the most realistic and honest. He didn't up the quote with unnecessary add ons that we didn't need. If you don't need it, he won't suggest it. His work was perfect. He knows his craft! He tidied up perfectly too. Thank you so much.

We will now keep Mark as our permanent gas boiler engineer. We'll arrange for him to service our boiler annually now. For years our house didn't quite get warm enough, the boiler didn't quite work efficiently enough and some radiators didn't quite heat up enough. Mark has fixed all that and we are delighted!

Having moved in a house with an old 70s boiler, thick pipes running all over the show with water tanks threatening to leak an urgent job was required. Mark responded, I explained the situation. A few days later, shiny new pipes, radiators and most importantly an efficient boiler. Everywhere was left clean, pricing was clear, all certifications in order. If Mark answers your call for help, thank yourself lucky. He and his team are fantastic. I've no worries recommending Ormes to anybody.
