Ovi and Maria have done an outstanding job of gutting an entire bathroom and fitting every aspect of a new one as well as the separate toilet and making a beautiful cupboard in the utility room. They have a perfectionist's eye for detailing and the rare ability to anticipate problems and come up with solutions in advance. They also make brilliant suggestions! Their workmanship is by far the best I have ever come across and at the end of each day they leave their areas totally clean and dust-free. 10 stars!

I would not contact Ovidiu ever again to do any work for me nor will I recommend him. He showed up 2 hours late to give me a quote to remove a kitchen radiator, then left and told me that he would call me in ten minutes to give me a quote for changing 5 other radiators. He did not call back and refused to pick up my calls, the following day he sends me a text saying that he does not work in SE London when actually the address that he quoted for was SE12. What a mess

  Thank you, but you are not a serious guy I was 30 min later because you gave me another postcode "I have a radiator that needs to be removed in the kitchen" in SE19 instead SE12 I gave you a quote for remove the kitchen radiator. After I gave you this quote you told me about the other 4 radiators. You lied to me from the beginning and I had to refuse this job. You would have done the same if you were in my position, because you are also a tradesman. Because of you I have spend £45 and one hour of my life

  Ovidiu tell the truth, I wish I was able to screen shot the message and upload it on here. If the address mistake from SE19 to SE12 was a problem why did you come to SE12 to give me a quote?? you came to SE12 gave me a quote and told me you was going to work out the quote for the radiators then call me in 10 mins. WHAT HAPPENED? I heard nothing for the whole day, That's unprofessional, then when I sent you a text saying "if you do not want the job just say" that's when you say you don't work in SW london

  I replied to your message saying the job is not in SW it is in SE, then you blocked my number from your phone. Would you call that professional? I WOULDNT. If you tell a customer that you will call them in ten minutes then that's what you should do, Don't blame me for £45 because nothing but yourself stopped you from doing the job, you chose not to do it for whatever reason, but it is not the post code because you came to the post code, if it was the post code you wouldn't have come there at all.
