Phil was just fantastic! After an embarrassing mishap involving a drain cover and a disposable BBQ, I feared the worst and had no idea who to call. Having posted my job on Rated People, Phil was the first to respond. He popped over for a look and immediately put my mind at rest. We even had a laugh about what had happened and it was a pleasure dealing with Phil.
