Peter Rixson conducted an electrical survey as part of a house purchase. He gave me the comfort that while some work was required due to the age of the property, these were relatively minor and the wiring of the house was in sound condition. We will be asking Peter to do the upgrade work identifed and also other electrical work as part of redecoration. He was flexible in terms of his time for survey and took the time to talk me through his findings after the survey.
