Power Showers and Pump
Paul from PAC Plumbing responded very promptly to my ad. He called the same evening and diagnosed the problem. Then he didn't deliver. After chasing him for weeks I gave up and went elsewhere. He was really quick to quote for the job when in reality he did not have the capacity to take on the work. In the end it was a complete waste of my time and delayed the job. If you want someone reliable or need the job done quickly look elsewhere.
Radiator
He called out to view the job and advised that he would ring with a quotation within 24 hours. I didn't hear from him again. I engaged a local plumber to do the work.

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Wasted over a week waiting for 'reliable' PAC to come sort out a serious leak. (Reason was he needed to get a Thermal Imager) - Paul despite giving assurances he wanted the job, didn't come out, made excuses and didn't return calls, texts. Found another local plumber who came out late on Friday and sorted it all out in 1 1/2 hrs. Don't waste your time here.

Hi Rikki we apologies for the inconvenience caused. As you are aware we had not agreed to visit your job but had agreed we would source a thermal imaging camera. We were upfront with you and returned all phone calls but you didn't want to pay for us to call out and survey the job therefore we couldn't identify the problem. Here at Pac plumbing we pride ourselves on a 1st class service if there is anything we can do for you in the future we would be more than willing to help. Take care

Paul, to say you returned all calls is a blatant lie. My phone records and multiple texts, voicemails would say otherwise. You stated yourself you would be unable to find the leak without the Thermal Imager. You apologised after about 3 days the first time for not returning my calls and you reiterated you wanted the job. To do the same again and NEVER get back in touch earns you the review I gave you. Your reply is part of damage limitation. Want good reviews? - Give a good quality service then. Good luck.
