Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
They were the first to contact me and were ready to start work. They did the work quickly, in a couple of day, and were here on time both days, as they say they would. I requested a different kind of work and they had no problems with that. They seemed very efficient and responsible. I am no expert on roofs, but I think they did a good job. Speed and efficiency was important for me.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
They turned up on time which was good but I wasn't impressed with the customer service. It was just a quote I wanted but I think he thought he was doing it straight away. Standing in my garden as he blasted his voice at me telling me how bad and old my guttering was for all the neighbours to hear. Telling me my roof tiles need doing. I couldn't wait for him to leave. There's a way of talking to people and that wasn't it. Sorry but I won't be using them.

I apologise if you felt that way, my grandad is hard of hearing and he doesn't realise how load he speaks to people, I was busy on another job so I sent him to see you with it only been a minor repair sorry for any inconvenience.
