Poor customer service - I had to chase them several times over a week to even get a date confirmed! Poor quality - the cost of components used probably only came to about 50 pounds - so they must be on about 200 pounds an hour labour! Certainly wouldn't use anyone connected with Partners maintenance again!

Lydia, Thank you for your comments please find below the report from the engineer. Upon inspection, we can see that the valve in question has been removed by someone else and put back incorrectly, causing the leak. It is unrelated to our original works so we have put it back in the correct position, tested, all leak free. We have charged £110.00 + VAT for this visit. Regards Management

Lydia, When we came out to you to repair your 1st issue we give you a no obligation quotation which you accepted under no duress. we completed the works in which you paid in full. You then logged a call back due to a leak we attended free of charge to find the leak was not caused by ourselves. I hope this clears things up. Regards Management

The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Mark went out of his way to source parts as the local hardware store was too expensive. He explained the possibility of damage as the old taps were difficult to remove. However, after we accepted the risk, he completed the job successfully. The extra effort was really appreciated and the finished job was excellent. We would use the company again and ask for him.
Bathroom Repair
The trades man was very late and claimed to be stuck in traffic. I was charged even though he did not know how to fix it and left the bathroom in a worse state. I was told I would be quoted a cost for all repair before charges. To make matters worse, it has been a week and I have not heard back on any fixes or parts. I feel like the only purpose of the job was to collect the initial fee, this has been an unfortunate experience.

I have looked into this matter and can confirm you have been fully updated throughout the whole process. I have listened to our telephone recordings and have found on many occasions we have failed to gain contact. As with the current parts that are outstanding over the last few days we have tried to inform you that they have arrived ready for fitting. As of yet you have failed to respond. Please contact us to complete these works where we will then be happy to discuss any gesture of good will we can offer.

Hello Neal, the urgency with this issue was due to the fact that we just got married and are now on our honeymoon, I explained that we will be away for 2 weeks on my last call to chase up the fixes. This is the only reason I have not been contactable. Your recording will show that I initiated the call to chase up the final fix after a week of waiting, and the plumber was very late. I will be back in the country on the 13th of July, and would be extremely grateful if we can find a conclusion to this. Thanks!

Work and customer service is great but, after doing some post-work research, appears i was disgracefully over-charged for a simple job completed in under an hour. WIll not use them again - advise others to look elsewhere.

I didn't have a clue about what was needed to fix the problem. I stupidly accepted the quote as an honest and fair one. I've since found out you ripped me off. To supply and fit a ball valve to toilet cistern should cost between £50-75 including parts and labour. Even taking into account your £40 callout charge, your price of £234 for what i now know was a simple job is, i repeat, a disgrace. Don't want vouchers, just fair price in first place.

Thank you for you reply. We have a pricing structure that is designed to be transparent and fair. You have kindly accepted that this was followed. There are many different prices that many different companies will charge within our industry, these will all vary greatly which is why we ensure our clients are made aware of our fixed price prior to you committing to having any works done.
