Solid Wood Flooring
Paul fitted our herringbone flooring in our kitchen in less than a day. He was very good value but within a week it was really creaking and is embarrassing when people come over. Not a good finish at all. I have asked Paul to come back and fix it and even offered to pay extra for him to sort it but he is not interested. It has been 2 months since he fitted it and it is getting worse. Sorry Paul but I'm afraid it is 3/5 from me.
Solid Wood Flooring
I cannot recommend Paul enough. A true professional, he gave me advice on which herringbone flooring to go for, pros and cons, put me in touch with a supplier and then did a fantastic job of fitting the floor, I am so happy with it. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul.
Laminate Flooring
I could not be happier with the work Paul did. He came out to quote on the work very promptly and gave a fair price. Work was carried out to exceptional standard and everything looks perfect. Could not recommend Paul more!!
Solid Wood Flooring
Paul and his mate (might be son, not sure) did excellent job. Best professionals of wooden floors I suppose. The also identified some issues with existing floors and fixed it at no cost to me. Very pleasant people. I would highly recommend them.
Laminate Flooring
Perfect work fitting the long board floor that I'd chosen for my quite small flat.; it was not an easy job to get perfect but it looks fantastic. Great attention to detail in the work and after sales service too - I had a question and Paul's response was immediate and comprehensive.
