Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Paul was rude and lacked manners, he did not come with a shoe cover on a very wet day and stained the carpet. He refused to give a price after seeing the flat pack furniture and before the job , despite the customer's insistence, saying it would a little above 80 pounds, which was initially agreed prior to him seeing the furniture. Only to quote a ridiculous charge at the end. He asked for £225, Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and rude, n he began to send harassing messages demanding £25.

Paul was rude . He came without shoe cover on a wet day and stained the carpet. Despite the customer's insistence, he refused to quote price for the flat pack after viewing, saying it would be a little above £80, which was initially agreed, before he saw the chest of drawers. After the job he demanded £220 saying customer may decline, if he had told him before the job. Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and began sendingrude and harassing messages demanding £25. This is deceptve .

I dispute your comments left as the following occured: When I contacted the client - Yourself (who was not present at the property) you told me that there were 2 x 3-4 drawer cabinets, you were unclear at the time of our initial conversation as to what the job ACTUALLY involved. * Upon arrival at the property (where you were not present )- The customer asked me to remove my work boots where I informed him that due to health & safety at work act I could not work without proper safety footwear...

I made sure my boots were clean before entering the property & the client agreed this was acceptable. I then saw there was 12 boxes of flat pack to be assembled, equating to 2 x 9 drawer cabinets + glass worktops to be assembled, I advised the customer present that I would be fair with the price and he told me to go ahead & assemble them. I charged the customer £225 on a SUNDAY & he refused to pay this amount, claiming he had no money.

I asked him for a bank transfer or cheque & even offered to take him to a cash point as he claimed he had NO MONEY! Eventually after stalling he paid me £195 in cash ( even told me £5 was for a coffee, which I found insulting). I did say I would return the following day for the rest of the payment which I have forfeited. I was not verbally aggressive or rude (As you can see through my previous ratings on rated people my good character) I charged a fair price for the job that was carried out.

Paul arrived when he said he would, did a really good job left it tidy and checked I was satisfied with the job before he left. Would recommend.
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Paul arrived at the time agreed. He assembled 2 wardrobes for me, the day before he came I had a dressing table delivered and he assembled that as well, I don't usually like strangers in my house when I'm alone but needn't of worried Paul was very friendly and did a brilliant job, super quick as well, it was worth every penny ( I hate flat pack) I would definitely recommend him, and I will call on him in the future when I need work doing!! Thank you Paul.
