James did the best job of my tricky gutters and roof. He was very reassuring and experienced and nothing seemed too much effort for him. He came to quote and everything went smoothly. I now have dry internal walls again! James was polite and friendly really nice fella. Would highly recommend for all kinds of property work. Very reasonable pricing and excellent tradesmanship
Had water ingress coming from the edge of my roof, the team came out and quickly found the issue it was my skews and chimney pointing, they gave a fair price so I went ahead with the qoute within the week the job was completed to a high standard I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else thanks guys.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Very professional inspection and diagnosis of roof status. This is the only builder that I will use to repair my roof going forwards on ay future work. I have a new flue to install soon. If you have roofing work, strongly recommend getting in touch and asking for a quote.
100% recommend PB Roofing & Building Ltd Messaged for a quote, got a visit from James the next day to have a look inside and outside because of a soaking wet interior wall. Received a detailed breakdown quote. Once I messaged to go ahead with the work, it was started within 2 days, it took James not even half a day and once he qot started it wasn't as much work as first thought, so re-quoted at a lower cost which was very reasonable to start with. Really happy from start to finish, honest, reliable .
