Jack and his team have completed a number of jobs on my rental property including repointing and guttering. Jack responds promptly and it is very useful for me to know that I can rely on a builder to support repairs and improvements to my property.

Original job was for repointing but I ended up using Pearl Building Services for replacement wall ties and lintel installation with brickwork repairs. Very happy with the service provided.

Jack was very quick and efficient in providing the quote and then responding to my questions about it. The work was performed at the agreed time and he was extremely helpful with some other aspects of work that needed doing. Would have no hesitation in using again in the future.
