Pearson contacted me straight away to offer me a quote and when he came sorted all the issues I had requested. The job was done over 2 days and I am happy with his service.

We tried several times to call but failed to get through to the client. We had made arrangements to meet but however this did not come to fruition. We sincerely apologize as a company for the inconvenience caused. Given an opportunity we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Electrical Installation / Testing
Initially got in touch with me as soon as I posted the job. Asked me to get in contact whenever was best for me, which I did later that day via text. I did not receive a reply so rang the next day. The call was answered and I was told that I would be called back that evening. I am still waiting for that call 2 days later, even after sending messages. Why bother requesting my details for the job if you are going to waste my time?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our communication team member had a bereavement in the family that affected the handover of our files. Given the opportunity again we will do it right.

very impressed how committed pearson was with the job i needed doing, it was 5 switches and changing them but the job was harder as the wires were all over the place, he worked hard to resolve issue and he was very realiable came the times he promised, he has vast amounts of experience he knew what he was doing, very professional and polite guy, i would recommend pearson to everyone, his rates are very reasonable, brillant all round service, i will personally get all my work done from only him in future
