Garage Conversion
Greg and his team were brilliant. They completed the job on schedule and on budget. Greg is professional, efficient and honest. His quotes are very thorough minimising the risk of unexpected costs and any extras are always quoted for in advance. His team were on site at 0800 every weekday and some Saturdays and worked through until 6pm most days We are so pleased with the build quality on our new extension and garage conversion and the whole job took only 5 months. More than happy to recommend!
House Extension
Greg and his team were excellent from start to finish. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. The work we have had done has been completed to a very high standard and was a very reasonable price. Greg came back a few weeks after completion to check for any issues and fixed them almost straight away. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our mind on things. We would highly recommend Penco builders.
Home Improvements
Greg was very knowledgeable & provided solutions in answering my wife's and my concerns. We agreed the price to meet our scope and paid a small % deposit to reserve the job. We were very confident we had chosen the right person. The job was done in approx 4 weeks. His multi-disciplined team were friendly and polite, they worked hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. Greg has been back for a couple of extra jobs which we agreed to and to correct a small snag. We are extremely happy with the results.
House Extension
Greg and his team were excellent throughout the project. They were friendly and courteous, whilst working extremely hard and diligently. They always liaised with us when decisions needed to be made, and on numerous occasions went out of their way to help us. We thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again ourselves.
