I posted an advert for an electrician to issue an EIC on our rental property. Richard from Unqiue Properties was initially very helpful and the electrician he organised was also very good at his work - clean, courteous and seemingly effective. Sadly, once the work was paid for and completed the issuance of the EIC never came. They haven't answered any emails or calls or messages. I am now left having to find another electrician to issue the EIC. Sad as I am to admit it, they do not seem like a legitimate
