Very pleased with the work, attitude and price. Highly recommended.
Internal Rendering
Although this feedback is late (by a long time!), I can still see the work. Penshurst Plastering are a good well mannered team of guys, they were always on time and always worked a full day. Very co-operative. The only downside is that the finished work wasn't up to the standard I would have expected. The job wasn't that large so I was fortunate that it didn't look far worse.
External Rendering
Although an attempt was made to rectify errors and poor finish these were unsatisfactory, and since then more poor workmanship has been revealed.

Customer paid in full and commemted on how happy they was with the work. They also stated how neighbours and passers-by commented on how nice the house look. we did receive a snagging list which was completed as cutomers instructions, which they were happy with. Still confused about why i have recieved this comment. Based on the work at this house i went onto win 2 more rendering jobs in the area and i still send potential customers there now. Plaster Skimming
Personable. I appreciated that Mike recommended a thorough approach(removing old tongue and groove before boarding and plastering) rather than just boarding on top of tongue and groove which other tradesmen suggested. This involved additional work but led to a better job and the cost was still competetive.

Mike got back to us quickly and we were able to have the work done within the week. He was very clean and tidy and has done a lovely job. We are very happy with the work.
